Get your travel kit ready before departure. Follow these steps to download, open and save your files.
1. Find your download
Use the download link supplied with your confirmed order. Check the email address used at checkout and your spam or promotions folder. If you created an account, sign in to My Account and check Downloads. A pending or failed payment may mean the files are not available yet.
2. Save and extract the ZIP
Download the complete ZIP to your device. Use its built-in Extract or Uncompress option to create a normal folder. Open the files from that folder rather than editing them inside the archive. Keep the original ZIP as a backup.
3. Open the PDF guide
Open the guide and printable itinerary in a PDF reader. Save a local copy for offline reading. A browser preview alone may not save the document to your device. Map links and booking websites still require internet.
4. Use the budget workbook
Open the XLSX file in a compatible spreadsheet application. Save a working copy, read the instructions and edit the input cells. Avoid replacing formula cells. Use the currency stated in your city’s workbook; any optional conversion requires an exchange rate you supply.
5. Print your quick itinerary
Select the quick-itinerary PDF and use your printer’s Fit to page option. Add your dates, reservations and accommodation details before travelling.
If something goes wrong
Try a fresh download using a stable connection and check that your device has enough storage. If the ZIP appears incomplete, remove the incomplete local copy and download it again. If a spreadsheet looks different in another app, keep the original file and try a compatible XLSX viewer.
Information to include when requesting help
Have your order number, guide title, checkout email address, device, application and exact error message ready. A screenshot of the error can help. Do not send passwords, complete card details or passport information.
